The Block Armed Forces Foundation, who are based in Walton, are organising a sleep out at St Luke’s Church, the ‘Bombed-out Church’ on Leece Street Liverpool, on Friday 15th May 2026.

It starts at 5pm and will conclude at 9am the following morning.

It is being organised to highlight the homelessness problem not only for veterans, but also for any local people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. Veterans and AF charities are a key component to stronger communities, and we want this event to help show case just that.

We are inviting all of you to join us in any way you can, whether it’s pulling out your doss bag and sleeping under the stars with us, or attending the event in the day light to help us raise awareness for homelessness.

We also welcome volunteers who can come along and help our team to run this significant event in the city centre.
